I cannot tell you how wonderful Volk Insurance is with all the help and guidance they provided through whatever problems we were having. Such expertise!

They were on the phone with all three of us today trying to explain what our policy includes or doesn’t include as far as additional insured.

Their knowledge and the ability to explain to us so that we understand is priceless to us. I do not understand in the least what goes on with this insurance but they really are so sweet and patient with me.
